Please e-mail your photo to be included in conference material or we will use a publicly available photo. Information on the available room block and local accommodations can be found here. There are limited rooms available at the Chatham Bars Inn. Please book early for your choice of lodging.

Each registration includes all conference sessions and meals as indicated on the specific conference’s agenda.

Cancellation Policy

By registering for a Future Forward Events program, you agree to the following terms:

The registration fee for the Chatham Conference is non-refundable. If a participant needs to cancel attendance, the participant may transfer their registration to a colleague as long as that colleague meets the target audience requirements of the conference. If the conference is unable to be held due to government regulations or travel restrictions at the time of the event, all registrations will automatically be moved to a rescheduled date and each participant will be notified.

Other terms

By registered for Future Forward Events programs, you authorize Future Forward Events LLC to use individual or group photos taken of you during the event and in future marketing and promotion materials.
